Church League Champions® partners with a curated selection of retailers whose vision and customer align with our brand. Submission of a wholesale application does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to approve or decline accounts at our sole discretion.
Opening order minimums are established at the time of account approval. All opening orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Church League Champions®.
Reorders are accepted based on available inventory and current production schedules.
The minimum order quantity is 8 units per SKU unless otherwise approved in writing by Church League Champions®.
All wholesale prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices in effect at the time an order is accepted will apply.
Wholesale pricing is confidential and intended solely for approved retail partners.
Payment terms are subject to credit approval.
New wholesale accounts require payment in full prior to shipment unless otherwise approved in writing by Church League Champions®.
Approved accounts may qualify for Net 30 or Net 45 payment terms based on account history, order volume, and credit standing.
Invoices not paid by the stated due date may incur late fees, and overdue balances may result in suspension of future shipments, cancellation of open orders, and temporary suspension of wholesale purchasing privileges.
Church League Champions® reserves the right to modify or revoke payment terms at any time based on account performance.
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the retailer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Estimated ship dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Church League Champions® is not responsible for delays resulting from production, freight carriers, weather, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the retailer upon delivery to the carrier.
All wholesale sales are final.
Claims for defective merchandise, shipping damage, shortages, or incorrect shipments must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of delivery and include supporting photographs.
Approved claims will be resolved through replacement, repair, or credit at the sole discretion of Church League Champions®.
Authorized returns that are not the result of manufacturing defects or shipping errors may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus all applicable return shipping costs.

Products returned in unsellable condition may be refused.
Retailers are responsible for inspecting all merchandise upon receipt. Any shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be reported within 7 business days of delivery.
Orders may not be cancelled once production has commenced.
Custom, made-to-order, licensed, or special production items are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and confirmed.
We reserve the right to discontinue products, modify styles, or adjust production quantities without notice.

Retail partners agree to maintain the integrity of the Church League Champions® brand by adhering to the suggested retail pricing whenever reasonably possible. Significant markdowns or discounting may impact future wholesale eligibility.
All trademarks, logos, graphics, product photography, marketing materials, and designs remain the exclusive property of Church League Champions® and may not be reproduced or used without written authorization.
Licensed products are subject to additional licensing restrictions and may only be sold by approved retailers in accordance with applicable licensing agreements.
Placement of a wholesale order constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Church League Champions® reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
Church League Champions® shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, governmental actions, supply chain disruptions, transportation delays, or acts of God.
